… was just fine. She was asleep for maybe 10 minutes and was back in our arms in less than 20 minutes. Great work by the folks at Mary Bridge. She had tubes placed in both ears and the doc said he was able to remove quite a bit of fluid from both ears. Her hearing should improve significantly (though it always seemed fine to me). She was her usual happy self yesterday afternoon. The biggest hassle is keeping the water out of her ears for the next 2 weeks until we go back and get some custom silicone ones. Well, that and the ear drops 3x daily. There’s no question that it’s all worth it, though.
